An evening showcasing 5 courses by Hidden River Estate paired with 12 outstanding vintages of Picardy Pinot Noir presented by Dan Pannell (Picardy) & Ardal Nigg (Hidden River Estate). Tickets limited to only 30 people.
Venison Tonnato
Venison fillet, tuna sauce, parmesan, roquet and caper berries. Served with 3 vintages of Picardy Pinot Noir.
Duck Confit Cassoulet
Duck confit, cannellini beans, salted pork and chorizo. Served with 3 vintages of Picardy Pinot Noir.
Beef Cheeks
Beef cheeks, blueberries, pumpkin gnocchi, parmesan and finger limes. Served with 3 vintages of Picardy Tete de Cuvee Pinot Noir.
Goat Tagine
Goat, apricots, herbs, saffron and basmati rice. Served with 3 vintages of Picardy Tete de Cuvee Pinot Noir.
Black Label Cheddar
King island black label cheddar, drunken figs and charcoal crackers.
