Meeting winemaker himself, learn about the notes, characteristics and ageing potential of low yielding organic pinot, from sparkling, rose, noir and pét-nat.
This limited gallery tasting is restricted to 10 people per session, with rare museum releases and blends that are no longer commercially available.
