Fresh local produce is a key ingredient. Savour the local delicacies of marron and smoked trout or stop at the many roadside stalls to grab avocados, berries, citrus, peaches, apples and a host of vegies. In season you can stop and pick your own strawberries. There are a huge range of home made jams, pickles and vinegars and products containing sweet smelling lavender.

* Pemberton Wine Centre - Midday-5pm Daily. Art Gallery
* Silkwood Winery - 11.00am-4pm Friday to Monday - Lunch
* Sadies Restaurant - From 6.30pm - Closed Sunday and Monday
* Shamrock Restaurant - From 6.30pm every night Closed Tuesdays
* Silver Birch Restaurant - From 6.30pm - Closed Sundays and Mondays
