    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Fee of $30 if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice min 2 nights tarriff charged min 3 nights long weekends 3 nights xmas & New year at managers discretion unless rebooked then full refund. No shows no refund. Cut short minimum 2 nights tarriff charged 3 nights long weekends xmas & New Year. Always feel free to discuss your changed circumstances with Danni Marshall Manager. Extra cleaning charges will be imposed if property left damaged in any way. If booking is for two people only this must be adhered to otherwise extra person charges will be enforced.
