Warren Grange B&B has been operating since 1996.There are 3 bedrooms. The Queen is a large room with queen bed and a beautiful big jarrah desk, overhead fan and ensuite. The Double room has a queen bed, overhead fan and large ensuite. The Single room has 3 single beds and a desk. All rooms have wardrobes and dressing tables and veiws of the garden. Situated on 106 acres of pastured land . There are state forests on three sides of farm. Walking tracks provide easy access to wildflowers in season and bird watching all year. The birds often give photo opportunities to the guests , they sit on the window sills during brekfast. Modoc the residential black Labrador enjoys taking guests for walks around the property most of the time she brings them back.Friendly hens provide fresh eggs for breakfast. Accommodation in the home is very comfortable with room to move. Guests can relax in the lounge room which has a CD player and extensive library and a wood fire. Enjoy the winter sun in the solarium or watch TV in the sitting room dining room which also has a wood fire. All rooms have views of the expansive garden of flowers,lawn and fruit trees. There is a fridge for the guests, milk, tea and coffee provided.Pets and children welcome. Friendly host with many stories to tell.

Directions: Halfway between Manjimup and Pemberton 16kms each way. On corner of Southwestern and Vasse Highway. Turn left into park bay if coming from Pemberton or right into park bay if coming from Manjimup. There is a blue and white fruit stall at the top of the farm driveway. A Warren Grange sign next to drive way. The house is 300 metres from the road. |

Bring your raincoat, we will supply the Wellington Boots and head off for a walk around the farm or explore the forest next to the farm. Birds on veiw all day, kangaroos appear from dusk to dawn. Try your luck fishing for red-fin perch in the dam.Or just relax in the sun room with a good book and soak up the tranquillity. |
