Petit Valley Estate is a unique holiday destination. This two storey English Tudor style home has 4 bedrooms, 1 King Room with private balcony over looking the property and dam, 1x Queen Room, 2 x Twin Single Room, , all rooms have over head fans and all linen supplied. A fully equipped kitchen, dinning room to set 8 people, very comfortable lounge room with a cosy wood fire (wood supplied), T.V & D.V.D player, movies, C.D player and music, books and games. Two Bathrooms one with bath and towels supplied, two toilets. Alfresco area with magnificent views.

When approaching Pemberton you will see the Tourist Infomation Bay on the left, approx 300m past this turn right at Golf Links Road, on the railway crossing. The driveway to Petit Valley is 50m down on the right. Sign in driveway
PLEASE NOTE Golf LinksRd is a loop road, do not turn at first exit wait until the railway crossing.
COMING FROM MARGARET RIVER OR NANNUP ( WEST )
Go through Pemberton town until you pass the B.P petrol garage on the right, go over the railway crossing and turn left immediately into Golf Links Road, the driveway to Petit Valley is 50m down on the right. Sign in driveway.
