Eucalyptus House is located on the edge of Pemberton and set on one hectare. This beautiful rammed earth and timber home provides a forest setting suitable for two families or a group of friends.

Split level with the living area, one bedroom and two verandahs overlooking the forest on the lower level. The upper level has a sunroom and bedrooms.

Beautiful timber furniture and the house is set up with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

The property has beautiful deciduous trees providing a splash of stunning colours in Autumn fringed by Karri trees to the north and Marri around to the west.

Directions: From Manjimup on the Vasse Highway pass the Pemberton town sign and the 60 kph sign, crossing over the railway crossing. Turn hard left at the Pemberton BP Garage onto Brockman Street. Continue on Brockman Street, past Widdeson Street. Brockman Street becomes a gravel road then turns into a track. This takes you straight to Eucalyptus House. Follow the signs. Do not turn off, go to the very end.

From Northcliffe or Margaret River/Augusta drive through town past the shops until you reach the Pemberton BP Garage. Turn right onto Brockman Street (you can see the road through the garage driveway). Continue on Brockman Street, past Widdeson Street. Brockman Street becomes a gravel road then turns into a track. This takes you straight to Eucalyptus House. Follow the signs. Do not turn off.

The Jarrah dining room table has been extended, a stunning 2.1 m x 1250 mm. Reverse cycle air conditioner installed upstairs. The Western verandah has been rebuilt with new jarrah reeded decking flooring with stunning stone steps and walling. The downstairs bedroom is fully enclosed with two glass doors separating the living area. The pantry has been moved and a new large fridge installed in the kitchen. A great Germania stove is now provided for your cooking pleasure.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Deposits are refunded up to 8 weeks prior to commencement. Less than 8 weeks deposits are refundable only on the condition a substitute booking can be made. A 10% administration service fee would apply. At our discretion a letter of credit can be arranged in lieu of a cancellation fee.
